6.  Use of cookies

What are cookies and how are they used on our platform?

Our website uses technologies including cookies to collect certain information and to design the website according to your needs. The purpose of cookies is to facilitate communication and internet use and to help make your visit to our website easier, more enjoyable and more meaningful.

Cookies do not damage your computer's hard drive, nor do they transmit users' personal data to us.

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your local access device (PC, smartphone, tablet or similar) via your browser when you visit the Advanon website and temporarily or permanently store specific information related to the device. This includes, for example, the recording of the browser type, the pages visited or language settings. This enables our web server to recognise the user's access device on the next visit as soon as a connection to your browser has been established. The cookie thus helps to provide and present an individualised website tailored to the user's needs. This enables you to find your way around our website more quickly on a subsequent visit and to use it more efficiently. It is important to note that it is not the person but only the access device that is identified.

We use the following two types of cookies on our website, among others:

  • Session cookies: these are temporary cookies that remain in the cookie file of your browser until you leave our website and are automatically deleted after you close the browser. These cookies are necessary for certain applications or functions of the website to run
  • Persistent cookies: We may use persistent cookies for a better user experience (e.g. to provide optimal navigation). These are cookies that remain in the cookie file of your browser for a longer period of time. This period depends on the settings of your internet browser. Persistent cookies allow information to be sent to our web server each time you visit the website. Persistent cookies are also known as tracking

Advanon also uses cookie technology for statistical, analytical and marketing purposes. This enables us to identify the usage habits of our visitors and registered users, the type and number of visits to our website, to record trends and to compile statistics. This helps us to recognise the potential for improvement of our website and to be able to guarantee continuous optimisation in terms of user-friendliness, speed and performance.

You will be informed on the start screen of our website that by using our website you accept our data protection declaration and thus also the use of cookies.

We would also like to point out that you can generally control or reject the storage of cookies on your access device yourself via the web browser. Furthermore, you are also able to delete cookies that have already been set. In the menu bar of your browser, you can find out more about this via the help function and make the preferred settings. Please note, however, that deactivating cookies may result in restricted access to our website.

7.  Data processing for marketing and analysis purposes

We use various web analysis tools on our website (including Google Analytics, Google AdWords and Google Tag Manager) to record and evaluate the usage behaviour of our visitors by means of tracking data. We work together with third-party companies that help us to collect this data. Technically, these tools also work with cookies. The data generated by the tracking code and the cookie about your visit to our website may be transmitted to third-party service providers for analysis purposes. Cookies used to collect tracking data do not contain any personal data, i.e. the IP address is shortened immediately on your access device and thus anonymised. This ensures anonymised transmission and storage of the data. This data is collected for the purpose of continuously optimising our website and improving advertising measures, as well as providing an even more secure and needs-based service. Detailed information about the data collected by the respective providers can be found on the respective website of the third party provider (please find a more comprehensive description as well as the link immediately below). You can use add-ons to avoid the collection of your data. Advanon does not sell or rent personal or person-related data and information to third parties.

●      Use of Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google") and create a Google user ID in the process (more information: Google Analytics uses cookies, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website and mobile application analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website and the mobile application is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. In the event that IP anonymisation is activated on our website as well as the mobile application, your IP address will, however, be truncated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website and the mobile application, compiling reports on website and application activity and providing other services relating to website activity, application activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website or mobile application. Furthermore, you can prevent the collection of the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website and the mobile application (incl. your IP address) to Google as well as the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link:

●      Use of Google Remarketing

This website uses the remarketing function of Google Inc. ("Google"). This function is used to present interest-based advertisements to website visitors as part of the Google advertising network. The website visitor's browser stores so-called "cookies": text files that are stored on your computer and enable the visitor to be recognised when they visit websites that belong to Google's advertising network. On these pages, the visitor can then be presented with advertisements that relate to content that the visitor has previously accessed on websites that use Google's remarketing function. According to its own information, Google does not collect any personal data during this process. However, if you do not wish to use Google's remarketing function, you can deactivate it in principle by making the appropriate settings at Alternatively, you can deactivate the use of cookies for interest-based advertising via the advertising network initiative by following the instructions at Further information on Google Remarketing and Google's privacy policy can be found at:

●      Use of Google AdWords conversion tracking

We use the online advertising programme "Google AdWords" and, as part of Google AdWords, conversion tracking. Google Conversion Tracking is an analysis service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google"). When you click on an ad placed by Google, a cookie for conversion tracking is placed on your computer. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days, do not contain any personal data and are therefore not used for personal identification.

If you visit certain web pages on our website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we will be able to recognise that you have clicked on the ad and have been redirected to that page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Thus, there is no way that cookies can be tracked across AdWords customers' websites.

The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted in to conversion tracking. Here, the customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users.

If you do not wish to participate in the tracking, you can object to this use by preventing the installation of cookies through a corresponding setting in your browser software (deactivation option). You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics. Further information and Google's privacy policy can be found at:,

●      Use of Google Tag Manager

We use the Google Tag Manager. Google Tag Manager is a solution that allows marketers to manage website tags through one interface. The Tag Manager tool itself (which implements the tags) is a cookie-less domain and does not collect any personal data. The tool triggers other tags, which in turn may collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If a deactivation has been made at domain or cookie level, this remains in place for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager.

8.  interaction with social networks

We use social plug-ins (hereinafter plug-ins) from social networks on the Internet. These plug-ins are each recognisable by the logo corresponding to the network on our website. When you call up a website with such a plug-in, a direct connection is established with the servers of the corresponding social network. It is important to note that we use a so-called two-click solution of the plug-in for your protection. This means that the plug-ins on our website are initially inactive. Only when you click on one of the logos will the corresponding plug-in be activated and a connection, as well as a data transmission that you are visiting our website, among other things, will be granted to the third-party provider. If you are also logged in to this network with your user name and password at this time, it is possible that all interactions with the plug-in concerning your profile will be assigned to you. For example, content from our website can be linked to your profile. Other users of the network may learn of such interactions. CG24 is not affiliated with or responsible in any way for the third party operators whose websites are linked via plug-ins. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility or liability for, the use of personal data collected by third parties in this way. If you are not a member of the social network or are not logged in there, it is still possible that your IP address will be transmitted and stored.

Below you will find a list of the social networks whose plug-ins are integrated on our website. The contact details and data protection guidelines with information on the respective operators can be found on the respective websites of the operators:

Furthermore, a deletion of your personal data may have the effect that you no longer be able to obtain or use the services you have registered for. Under certain conditions, you have the right to have us pass on your personal data to you or to a third party designated by you in a common format.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority regarding data processing. You can do this at the supervisory authority at your place of residence, place of work or the place of the alleged data protection breach.

The data is used by Advanon exclusively to fulfil the service. For this purpose, the data is stored in a database. Users are requested to provide their personal data at various points on this Advanon website. Due to the nature of the Internet, the data may circulate across borders via servers abroad. If the user decides to provide Advanon with personal data via the Internet or e-mail, this data will be handled in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and secured against unauthorised access by third parties. The data is processed by and for Advanon and affiliated group companies, whereby third parties in Switzerland and abroad may also be commissioned to process the data. Advanon as well as affiliated group companies use the data exclusively for the processing of the contract as well as for the purposes expressly stated in the Terms of Use and the GeneralTerms and Conditions of Advanon.

It should be noted that confidentiality cannot be fully guaranteed in the context of the transmission of e-mails. Under certain circumstances, e-mails can be viewed, forged, falsified or deleted by third parties. E-mails may also contain harmful computer programs such as viruses, worms or Trojans.

By using the Advanon website, the user agrees to the processing of the data collected about him/her in the manner and for the purpose described above.

Creditworthiness check (Borrower)

Credit applications placed by users on the Advanon website are thoroughly checked before approval and publication on the Advanon website. Advanon checks in particular the creditworthiness of the user and relies on the information provided by the user and the documents submitted by the user in this context. After positive verification of the creditworthiness, a credit agreement is sent to the user. If the information provided by the user or borrower is untrue or negative information regarding creditworthiness is available, Advanon may withdraw from the credit agreement and any further contractual relationships with the user or borrower at any time. In this case, the user or borrower shall bear the damage resulting from the withdrawal from the contract.

The user or borrower authorises Advanon to obtain all information necessary for the processing of the credit application and the credit agreement from public and private bodies such as, but not limited to, the Consumer Credit Information Office (IKO) and the Central Office for Credit Information (ZEK) and to report the credit and the contractual relationship to the IKO and ZEK. The user or borrower acknowledges that the ZEK and the IKO will inform their affiliated lenders of his obligations under the credit agreement upon request in the event of a new credit application.

Financing commitment of users to credit applications (Investors)

Once a credit application has been approved by Advanon, it can be freely viewed on the Advanon website and is referred to there as a "credit project (CP)". Every user or investor has the possibility to participate financially in a credit project (CP) until the full credit amount is reached within a certain period (hereinafter "investment period"). Participation takes place by entering a financing amount (at least CHF 500 or a multiple thereof) in the field provided for this purpose on the Advanon website. The user or investor confirms his financing commitment by clicking on a button.

The submission of the financing commitment is binding and the user or investor concerned is obliged to make the corresponding amount available upon conclusion of the credit agreement with the user who submitted the credit application by purchasing the credit claim to the extent of his financing commitment.

The amendment or withdrawal of a financing commitment is not possible.

Subsequently, the investor receives by e-message a pdf file with the offer signed by Advanon to conclude an "Agreement on the sale, assignment and administration for consideration of future (partial) claims under a credit agreement" (hereinafter "Agreement"). After receipt of the e-message in his account, the investor declares acceptance of the offer to conclude this agreement by confirming his intention to conclude the agreement by means of an e-message. Upon sending the confirmation, the Agreement - including the purchase of receivables contained therein between the Investor and CG24 - is bindingly concluded.

The agreement or the purchase of receivables between the investor and CG24 is subject to the following conditions precedent:

A sufficiently financed credit project (CP) comes about, i.e. the credit amount requested by the user or borrower is covered by the sum of all financing commitments from investors within the investment period or the user or

borrower agrees to a lower credit amount and an effective credit agreement is concluded between the user or borrower and CG24.

The investor will be informed at the end of the investment period whether a credit project (CP) has been successfully concluded.

Sale of purchased credit project shares before the end of the credit project term among registered investors

The secondary market allows Advanon's registered investors to sell their investments (CPS: Credit Project Share / Kreditanteile) before the end of the investment term and thus receive back their loan amount, which has not yet been fully repaid at that time, ahead of schedule. The secondary market also allows investors to buy a CPS (Credit Project Share) in existing credit projects with a shorter remaining term.

Investors pay a service fee on all repayments, including any loan shares sold on the secondary market.

Investors who wish to sell one or more of their credit project shares (CPS) can enter the order for this in their cockpit. As soon as a buyer for the offered CPS is found and transfers the purchase price, the CPS is transferred and the seller receives his money.

Investors who have entered a CPS for sale will continue to receive all amortisation and interest payments from the borrower until the purchase of the CPS by the buyer has been completed. Payments received from this point onwards will be paid to the buyer once the sale has been successfully completed. The purchase price is adjusted accordingly so that the respective invoiced purchase price correctly reflects the cash flows. In the event of a failed sale, all cash flows shall go to the seller.

All consequences in connection with a default and with the associated effect of the solidarity agreement shall be borne by the seller until payment of the purchase price and the associated settlement of the asset transfer.

No guarantee, advice or recommendation (Investor)

Advanon carries out a thorough check of the creditworthiness of users who place a credit application on the Advanon website. Advanon relies on the information provided by the user and the documents submitted by the user in this context as part of the verification process. The result of the review does not constitute a guarantee of the borrower's solvency or a recommendation to purchase the credit claim in question. Advanon accordingly accepts no liability for any losses incurred by investors as a result of loan defaults. In particular, Advanon does not provide any advisory services. Investors are expressly advised that the purchase of credit claims may be associated with risks which may include the loss of part or all of the amount of the claim.
